Karen Troidl was absolutely amazing with our family. My wife and I were looking to move our family across the country, and we were so lost until we met Karen. Karen was very open, patient, and never pushy about getting us a house.
We were finally able to decide on an area where we wanted to move. Once we found the area, we were able to locate a house that had just started construction. Karen drove to the construction site for us to take pictures and ensure the location was family-friendly. With Karen's assistance, we were able to go under contract with our house.
During the time our house was under contract, which was for ~8 months, Karen checked on our house weekly, providing pictures and updates. Without Karen's willingness and attention to detail on our home, we would have been completely lost.
In addition to everything Karen did for us, she even took the time to do our pre-walk due to some personal scheduling issues. During the pre-walk, Karen's attention to detail was more than I expected. She was able to identify and document items that I wouldn't have even checked.

We were out of state home buyers looking to purchase in South Carolina. After an initial trip searching with other agents and returning home really bummed, we began to look at more listings in the Midlands area and thankfully Jill contacted us. She wasted no time and began asking us exactly what we were looking for, price range, amenities etc. then promptly sent us listings. We immediately booked a flight to return quickly, as there were several homes we wanted to see.
